T the Phoenixx is a media personality, creative, entrepreneur and cultural storyteller whose work moves between the microphone, the stage, the strategy room and the deeply human conversations in between.
Brooklyn-born, shaped by formative years in Far Rockaway and deeply rooted in her Jamaican heritage, T brings warmth, curiosity, femininity and cultural fluency to everything she creates. Long before broadcasting, she was trained in the performing arts—developing the voice, movement, storytelling instincts and presence that continue to shape how she connects with an audience today.
Her career has never followed a single lane. She has moved through entertainment, performance, executive operations, media, creative strategy and entrepreneurship, bringing the discipline of an executive and the instincts of an artist into the same room.
Whether she’s interviewing an artist, unpacking culture on air, moderating a conversation, developing an experience or creating something from a page of her own writing, T is most interested in the places where people feel seen, stories become connection and creativity becomes impact.
